ABOUT CARY COMES HOME

Cary Comes Home is a biennial weekend celebration of Cary Grant in his hometown. We also host special events in between festival years, keeping Cary’s legacy alive all year round. Founded in 2014 and directed by Professor Charlotte Crofts (UWE Bristol), the festival brings his legacy to life through big-screen cinema events, live music, expert panels, and immersive experiences. Our mission is simple, to introduce new audiences to Cary Grant’s work, recreate the glamour of classic cinema-going, and raise awareness of Bristol as the birthplace of one of Hollywood’s greatest stars.
