Join us for a glass of bubbly and live music from Richie Paradise Trio and one or two other special surprises to mark the opening of the 6th Cary Comes Home Festival on our 10th anniversary, in Cary Grant’s 120th year! It’s only appropriate that Bristol’s most dapper drummer brings his trio to play some jazzy swing for the evening to kick the festival off in true style!

Richie Paradise Trio is led by the never knowingly underdressed swing drummer Richie Paradise (Big R Big Band). A band to Lindy-Hop/Swing dance to, playing a mixture of jazz, swing, blues, and groove numbers. Think Oscar Peterson, Ramsey Lewis, Billy Taylor, that kind of vibe. Nice.
